"After being with State Farm for over 35 years, they canceled our account because we have three claims within 11 years, which weren't our fault. We had a no cancel policy, however, after appealing their decission, they didn't care. State Farm wins 1 - seniors lose 0. I learned from my former State Farm agent, Adam Bird, that many in our senior community were cancel by State Farm. I submitted a complaint to Colorado Insurance Commission, but State Farm was able to have the complaint dismissed. Again, it's interesting that having a no cancel policy didn't stop State Farm. Profit over senior lives. Update 02/16/2026: Received a notes from the local state agent and they stated that I should do a review at corporate level. And guess what, I did. The local agent did attempt to appeal but State Farm Corporate decided not to care about the local agent concern. Interesting Fact: State Farm Corporate doesn't listen to concerns the local agents. So why have local agents?"
